Wowwww, I have no words to describe the quality and taste of the food. Each dish transports you to a completely different place! The precision and flavors in every bite are exceptional. Craving something hearty, I chose the lamb kebab. Tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, it was accompanied by a cucumber salad that stole the show. Fresh cilantro, onion, a hint of garlic, and a touch of spice made it refreshingly bright and balanced. Feeling adventurous, I opted for Israeli pickles as a side—not a traditional pairing, but their briny, tangy crunch complemented the meal in an unexpectedly delightful way. Despite my intention to stick with a healthy choice, I couldn’t resist the house-made walnut chocolate chip cookie. The food was amazing and nothing like the other Mediterranean food that we have had. The falafel and even the Pita bread was so different yet so great and I don’t use the word flippantly. Everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended especially if you’re a vegetarian or even vegan.

A cute and cozy cafe with authentic Moroccan/MiddleEastern cuisine. The sauce plate is a mouthwatering way to get the meal started. We enjoyed the hummus, short rib cigars, and charred cauliflower & cabbage steaks - all were delicious! Highly recommend this establishment when you find yourself in Fredericksburg.

I would rate Cafe Dimona higher if I could. It was an amazing authentic experience and the best food I've eaten in Fredericksburg. The pita is so soft and fluffy and flavorful. The lamb was fantastic, moist, packed with flavor, and felt like the entire experience was farm to table. Great and friendly staff with indepth knowledge of ins and out of the menu.

My friend and I had such a lovely experience dining at Cafe Diamona and having a glass of wine! The antique home has been lovingly restored, and we really enjoyed sitting on the front porch, surrounded by sweet gardens of flowers and Mediterranean herbs, fruits and vegetables. Our hostess and waitress was wonderful and attentive while also giving us plenty of space. Learning that it was our first time, she told us that she would be bringing us a plate with a sample of four home-made sauces that came with most wonderful pita bread. That honestly might have been the highlight of the whole meal! As the wine menu was being reworked, the wine we first selected was not available, but our waitress was very helpful in letting us try a few other options to make a good selection. We decided to make a meal of sides and ordered more pita with taboulleh, baba ghanoush, falafel and olives. The ingredients and everything seemed very fresh and well prepared. We did feel that the baba ghanoush and falafel could have used a touch more salt to elevate the other flavors. The tabouleh had really great flavor, and the homemade olives were the best! I literally couldn't leave until we had eaten every single olive. Overall, this is a great place for nice, fresh offerings, and I would happily eat here again anytime! You can tell the owners and employees care very much, and they are doing a commendable job!

The best food in Fredericksburg! The food was flavorful and fresh. Loved the atmosphere, and the staff were all very nice. Best falafel and pita bread I’ve ever had, and my husband enjoyed the hummus plate. Will definitely be going back!
